Easy and Refreshing!

INGREDIENTS
1 ½ cups water, or yogurt or milk/non-dairy milk of choice
1 scoop IDLife Vanilla Shake
1 cup strawberry, frozen
1 cup blueberry, frozen
½ cup raspberry, frozen
½ cup blackberry, frozen
How to Make it
Place all ingredients in the blender in the order listed. Puree until smooth.
