Ingredients
SMOOTHIE BOWL
1.5 large frozen bananas, ripe and peeled prior to freezing
1 cup frozen strawberries
2 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon maple syrup
½ cup plant-based milk (almond or coconut)
TOPPINGS
Fresh fruit (strawberries and banana)
Granola, optional
Coconut flakes, optional
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender or food processor.
Blend ingredients until smooth and creamy.
Transfer smoothie to a bowl and add your favorite toppings.
